Marcus & Millichap brokered the sale of DuPage Medical Group’s 6,558-square-foot office property located in Plainfield, Illinois, according to Steven D. Weinstock, regional manager and first vice president of the firm’s Chicago Oak Brook office. The asset sold for $1,855,306.
Adam Fortino, senior associate and investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor.
Located at 24020 West Riverwalk Court, the property is just off the heavily trafficked Illinois Route 59. The corporate-guaranteed tenant has occupied the building since 2008 and recently signed a 10-year, triple-net lease extension.
