Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of a 23,000-square-foot single-tenant industrial property in West Chicago, Illinois. The property sold for $7 million.
Kellan Gilmartin, investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, facilitated the transaction involving two Illinois-based investors.
The property is situated on 5.9 acres in DuPage County and is occupied by TKO Logistics Inc., a freight and cargo service company. Located in one of the nation’s most competitive industrial markets, the asset benefits from strong demand from logistics and transportation users, limited land availability and significant barriers to new development.
