Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of Shoppes at East Stone at 2637 E. Stone Drive in Kingsport, Tennessee.
The 24,502-square-foot retail property sold for $4.45 million.
Michael Early, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Virginia offices, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a family trust, and secured the buyer, a Maryland-based real estate investment corporation.
Additionally, Jody McKibben, Marcus & Millichap’s regional manager and broker of record in Tennessee, assisted in closing this transaction.
