Millbrook Real Estate LLC recently selected J.C. Anderson Inc. to build-out 22,132 square feet of office space within Arboretum Lakes, 1011 Warrenville Road, Lisle, on behalf of Leeco Steel.
Millbrook Real Estate owns Arboretum Lakes and selected J.C. Anderson for the 12-week complete gut and remodel project for the property’s new tenant, Leeco Steel. The firm will build-out interior offices, perimeter offices, a server room, conference rooms and a copy/break area. The project features new acoustical ceilings and exposed areas of ceiling, which will accommodate new lighting and mechanical systems. Finishes will include the use of high-end millwork with solid surfaces, hard tile and steel accents.
Leading the project team for J.C. Anderson, Inc. are Daniel Tannhauser serving as principal and Joe Maguire as project manager. Janet Lougee of Wight & Company will provide architectural services. Jen Sweeney with Millbrook Real Estate will provide project management services.
