Premier Transportation has leased 164,355 square feet at Highland Corporate Center Building #2 in Bolingbrook, Ill.
The fully leased, 328,709-square-foot industrial facility includes features such as 30′ clear ceilings, 40 exterior docks and significant trailer storage. Highland Corporate Center Building #2 was the second of three industrial buildings developed by ML Realty Partners at Highland Corporate Center totaling approximately one million square feet.
“Premier Transportation selected the 164,355 square foot facility because of its close proximity to the full interchange at I-55 and Weber Road as well as the high profile park setting,” stated Mike Dolan, senior vice president of ML Realty Partners LLC in a release. “The fully secured truck court was also an absolute requirement for Premier’s client.”
Premier Transportation, headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, is an Irregular Route Common and Contract Carrier which specializes in providing integrated transportation and logistics solutions to the retail and consumer products industries nationwide.
Jason West and Sean Henrick of Cushman & Wakefield were the sole brokers in this transaction.
