MRI of River North recently signed a long-term lease at 555 W. Kinzie St. They are relocating from their space of 20 years at 664 N. Wells St.
555 W. Kinzie, also known as Alta at K Station, is a newly constructed, 850-unit, mixed use high-rise development with approximately 13,000 square feet of ground floor retail space. The property was developed by The Fifield Companies in 2010 and was marketed for lease by Wayne Caplan of Sperry Van Ness.
MRI of River North will be open for business by the end of the year. They were represented in the transaction by David Schraufnagel of Garrett Realty & Development.
