NAI Farbman sold two properties as receivers in Detroit and Ann Arbor, Michigan.
The first sale was of 521 and 609 Old Saint Jean St. in Detroit, both industrial properties located just a few blocks from the Detroit River. NAI Farbman designated Dan McCleary and Nathan Casey as listing brokers, who successfully marketed and sold the receivership properties.
The second sale was of 30 Parkland Plaza and 4621 Park Road in Ann Arbor. Both office properties are located off Jackson Road. NAI Farbman appointed Brad Margolis and Wendy Acho as listing brokers, who successfully marketed and sold the receivership properties.
