Quantum Real Estate Advisors brokered the sale of a multi-tenant retail center at 3510-3540 Calumet Ave. in Valparaiso, Indiana. The property sold for $3.6 million.
At the time of sale, the property was 100 percent occupied by both national and local tenants including Verizon Wireless, Ossip Optical, El Salto, Board & Brush, State Farm and Beggars Pizza.
The buyer was a private real estate investor based in the Chicago area. The seller was an acquisition and development company from Northwest Indiana.
