Quantum Real Estate Advisors completed the sale of a freestanding 55,000-square-foot Hobby Lobby at 520 E. Markey Parkway in Belton, Missouri. The property sold for more than $5.3 million.
The were about 12 years left on the initial 15-year lease at the time of sale.
The seller as a Kansas City-based developer that specializes in acquiring and developing shopping centers. THe buyer was a California-based investment fund.
