Quantum Real Estate Advisors, Inc. has brokered the sale of a single-tenant medical office building at 1310 Lebanon St. in Lebanon, Indiana. The property sold for $7.7 million and was subject to a long-term lease with American Health Network.
Newly constructed in 2019, the roughly 20,000-square-foot property was built featuring high-end finishes and state-of-the-art medical equipment.
The buyer was a Midwest-based medical office REIT and the seller was a Midwest=based developer. Daniel Waszak, Senior Vice President of Quantum Real Estate Advisors, Inc., represented the seller in the off-market transaction.
