Goodman joined Studley (now Savills Studley) in 1985 and has been the head of the firm’s Chicago office since 1999, helping to build the Chicago team into one of the top tenant representation practices in the Midwest. Goodman plays a key role in providing leadership and strategic vision within the company.
Considered an expert on the downtown Chicago office market, Goodman has managed more than 15 million square feet of transactions valued at more than $3 billion. His 30 years of executing real estate transactions in Chicago makes him one of the most respected tenant representatives in the area with a reputation for unqualified integrity and insight. Through unparalleled advocacy and creativity, Goodman has turned real estate into a strategic advantage for a multitude of clients.
