Schostak Brothers & Company acquired a 125,000-square-foot warehouse and manufacturing facility at 101 Etter Drive in Nicholasville, Kentucky.
The acquisition marks Schostak’s second property in the state of Kentucky.
Though many of Schostak’s acquisitions lie in Michigan and throughout the Midwest region, the commercial real estate company operates in 25 total states, with the Nicholasville warehouse and manufacturing facility being the latest to join Schostak’s growing portfolio in the Southeast.
