SVN chicago recently sold a multifamily building at 1927 N. Humboldt in Chicago’s Logan Square neighborhood.
Jeff Baasch and Marco Cesario of SVN|Chicago Commercial represented the seller. The multifamily asset sold for $1.010 million or $252,000 per unit to an international buyer.
