West Des Moines, Iowa-based R&R Realty Group added Rachel Less to its brokerage division, R&R Real Estate Advisors, as a Commercial Real Estate Representative.
Rachel graduated from Drake University in 2023 with a degree in healthcare administration and public health. She began her career in sales with Konica Minolta, where she gained valuable experience working with customers and developing new business. At R&R Realty Group, Rachel will work alongside the brokerage team to connect customers with spaces that meet their needs and serve their long-term goals.
She is looking forward to becoming more involved in the commercial real estate community through the Iowa Commercial Real Estate Association and Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW).
