Lee & Associates of Illinois has closed two industrial lease transactions in Chicago’s northwest suburbs, one in Rolling Meadows, Illinois and the other in Roselle, Illinois.
Rick Anesi, vice president at Lee & Associates’ Illinois office, represented the owner, Otto Holdings, in the lease of 10,186 square feet at 3601 Edison Place in Rolling Meadows. Tom Callahan of Chicagoland Commercial represented the tenant, Patients Choice.
Anesi, along with Brad Simousek, vice president at Lee & Associates’ Illinois office, represented the owner in the lease of 4,100 square feet in the multi-tenant building at 55 Garden Avenue in Roselle. The tenant is Fazio Plumbing.
